Whenever someone says, "Tell me about why you started your company." I find myself telling my story instead.
I stepped away from a career I loved to raise two kids, and when I came back, the market said consultant. I panicked. I thought consulting looked a certain way. The suits. The binders. The certifications I didn't have.
Then someone I trusted said something I still think about: you already have the thing. The connections. The curiosity. The instinct is that the relationship is the work, not the warm-up to the work.
That was the moment. Not a pivot. A recognition. I'd been doing this my whole life. I just finally got to call it what it was.
So in 2016, Eleven 11 Solutions became the name for something I'd already believed for years: the right relationship, at the right time, changes everything. Not as a communications strategy. As the entire architecture.
"Relationship is Everything" isn't a tagline we picked because it tested well. We trademarked it because it's the foundation of every decision we make, and because I couldn't find a way to say it that meant less.
